Thomas has a broad experience in the field of IT and management, from the development of multimedia applications for instructional purposes to program management of large IT development projects and management of business units. He gained these experiences from various companies, such as VELUX, DR, Agency.com, Maersk, and IBM.

Thomas has an educational background in economical studies, HD (B.Sc. econ) and civil engineering. He also earned a diploma in strategic management of IT software and service.
