Situation
The Amazon River pilotage from Barra Norte to Fazendenha pilot station is not compulsory but often ordered by ships Masters due to the fact that the available sailing directions are not considered adequate.

Solution
The solution was the development of interactive sailing directions with agent's information and Master's reports presented as pictures, 3D animations, video clips and voice-overs.

Result
As a direct consequence of having a more dynamic and detailed media for presenting company experiences and sailing directions, costs for pilotage were saved.
