Maritime Leadership Open Course

Green-Jakobsen Philippines is now offering an open Maritime Leadership course for our clients in the Philippines. The purpose of this course is to demonstrate how leadership training can enhance ship officers' and office managers' self-awareness and role awareness. Maritime leadership is intended for active senior and junior officers, as well as shore-based staff and gives the participating companies to test our leadership training concept. Our leadership courses take the offset in the latest regulatory framework, like the revised STCW 2010 convention, industry guidance and best practice like the TMSA. The open course will also give examples of the material we make available for our course participants and it will be facilitated by one of our experienced instructors.

As a follow-up on the open course Green-Jakobsen will offer selected clients a free-course demonstration to show how we can tailor the leadership training to fit the exact company goals and values.

A maximum of 10 participants are admitted to this special course and the fee is only USD 500 (including VAT) per participant.
