If conflict is poorly managed it will hamper productivity, it will lower the morale of the parties involved and may cause inappropriate behaviour. Effective teams are formed when conflicts are constructively managed and addressed instantly. Conflict management is part of the Green-Jakobsen leadership training concept and it provides trainees with skills and tools to strengthen the ability to constructively deal with conflicts and prevent them from escalating.
