Personal Profile Analysis
In order to fully unfold the leadership potential of a person it is vital to achieve a distinctive level of self-awareness. This means finding strengths and weaknesses, what motivates, how is pressure dealt with? etc. When the potential is exposed it can be nurtured and developed into behavioural skills. A Personal Profile Analysis will point out areas where improvement is needed, e.g. towards an improved leadership behaviour and personal and social competencies. To create role-awareness a Human Job Analysis is carried out where the participants discuss how to describe optimum leadership behaviours. Those two analyses together will serve as the basis for the development of a Personal Development and Action Plan (PDAP), a plan that will identify the individual focus areas in order to become an effective leader and goal setter.
