Clipper reviews its Marine HR Strategy

In order to achieve the company's overall business goals and in consideration of the challenges being faced in handling four different crew supply countries, Clipper Technical A/S has appointed Green-Jakobsen as consultant in the process of developing and implementing their new Marine Human Resource (HR) Strategy.

This project involves GJ in the establishment of more cost-effective and innovative work processes of Clipper within the areas of recruitment, retention, leadership training, competence and career management.

Clipper is a leading international shipping consortium with a modern fleet specifically designed to handle a variety of cargo types within handysize, handymax and panamax bulkcarriers, multipurpose tonnage and chemical tankers.  The company also has investments in a number of VLCCs, cruise vessels, ro/ro vessels and reefers.
