Safety Culture Campaign
As of 1st February Green-Jakobsen launched a Safety
Culture Campaign targeting Danish and International shipping
companies. The purpose of this campaign is to promote our services
related to safety management and safety culture development.
The campaign basically offers the opportunity to responsible HSE
Managers and CEOs, who are currently dealing with safety policy and
strategy, to analyze the safety culture and performance of their
company. Consequently, they will be able to test the safety
maturity of the company and it will help them determine which areas
and business aspects are valuable - both in respect to economy and
people.
If you are interested in learning more about this Safety Culture

Interested companies will be provided access to our online
Safety Culture Survey. Up to 300 seafarers from each company can
participate. The campaign runs from 1st February until
1st April 2010.
After those dates, participating companies will receive the
following:
- Results and benchmarks for their own shipping
company.
- The level of each company's safety
culture in comparison with other shipping
companies.
- A valuable basis to formulate future
strategies in the areas of safety, competency development,
leadership and management.
