Analysis of NORDEN's SMS system

For NORDEN Green-Jakobsen has carried out a thorough analysis regarding the use and understading of NORDEN's Safety Management System. The purpose was to identify possible improvement areas in the system and manuals and how these are introduced to NORDEN's employees. The survey was conducted through an anonymous online questionnaire developed in cooperation with Green-Jakobsen and it has provided NORDEN with important feedback on how the system and manuals can be improved in order to ensure ease of use and increased support from the information within the system. This is an important part of the process from merely demonstration of compliance towards a helpful everyday guide to the safest and most efficient way of conducting a given task.
