Culture Seminar at PMMA

The one day seminar conducted by Jay Babera on February 4, 2011 was attended by thirty four key personnel of the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy. Babera spoke about the Self and Role Awareness, Changing Behavior, and Safety Culture Maturity. The objective of this seminar is to provide awareness to the academy personnel in line with the school's aim to improve their safety system.

Prof John LRM Benedictos, Vice President for Training and Academics was quoted saying "this is very timely and important for us and we are looking forward to a follow up or a similar workshop in the future."  Also Dr. Obdolia Guanzon, PMMA Librarian, appreciated the presentation that will surely have a big benefit to their institution.
