Norden eTOTS and competency evaluation

NORDEN is currently updating Norden Officer Career program, NOCAP, with competencies from Intertanko TOTS program. Green-Jakobsen is assisting Norden in this process in three areas: 1) implementation of TOTS as part of NOCAP, 2) competency evaluation, and finally 3) revision of the entire crew evaluation process and template.

The projects with Norden will run throughout 2011. Green-Jakobsen's main contribution will be consultancy or program management assistance in the TOTS implementation process which will include conduction of Officer Seminars with focus on the competency evaluation and development of revised crew evaluation template and process.
