GJ Phils celebrates 2nd year anniv

Philippines Inc., a subsidiary of Green-Jakobsen A/S Denmark
celebrated its 2nd year anniversary last April 1, 2011.
The event was marked by a thanksgiving mass held in Greenbelt
Chapel, Makati City followed by a luncheon participatedby
management and staff.
"We envision
our company to continue its sustainability in the long-term and
strengthen its position in the local market", says Jay Babera,
General Manager.
Although the company
was formally established on April 1, 2009, it started its presence
in the Philippines as early as 2002 through the conduct of Safety
and Health course mandated by the Danish Maritime Authority (DMA)
for seafarers embarking on Danish-flagged vessels. In 2004,
services were expanded to e-learning production and human resource
portal management. The local operations were handled through
Prime Meridian HR Consultancy which acted as its agent until the
formal establishment of Green Jakobsen Philippines, Inc.
