Green Jakobsen Philippines, Inc will host a conference entitled "Leadership's Influence on Retention and Performance" on September 22, 2011 in Manila.

The conference will be an interactive gathering of company Principals, Training and Crewing Managers, and other shipping employees at the management level.  Participants will have the opportunity to make a self-assessment of their retention strategy. In addition, they can choose among small group workshops dealing with Competence Management, Performance Appraisals and Safety Management.
