Seagull Maritime Leadership

For the past decade Green-Jakobsen has assisted shipping companies and crew in developing their leadership capabilities on a world-wide basis with great success. One of the leading training providers in the world, Seagull AS, has therefore teamed up with Green-Jakobsen to develop a new leadership training and development concept for the maritime industry - simply called Maritime Leadership. The concept is currently under development and will incorporate industry requirements such as the revised STCW 2010 convention. Further it will be a mix of CBT (Computer Based Training), onboard self-study and practice spiced up with seminars and training ashore.
