Stolt-Nielsen Culture Seminar

In March 2011 Erik Green has conducted an Intercultural Awareness course for Stolt-Nielsen. During the one-day course the focus was to develop understanding of cultural differences and how cultural orientations can support and strengthen the people and ther work situations. Furthermore the course focused on creating awareness of the intercultural competencies that are needed to operate in a multicultural environment.

The course is part of Stolt-Nielsen's overall safety and competence development activities.
