Torm Strategy Seminar

A two-day seminar to develop a Torm Marine HR strategy was held in January 2011. The purpose of the seminar was to establish the project definition for the development of the marine HR strategy development process in compliance with the overall business objectives through agreement on process content, concept and focus. This was done on the basis of detailed discussions of 5 strategic develop projects that had been identified comprising leadership, crew management, and communication.
