Competence development of maritime leaders

In the maritime business leaders are often facing complex challenges due to special and extreme working conditions, cultural differences, and tough requirements from authorities and clients.

To meet some of those challenges Green-Jakobsen offers a range of courses to contribute to the ongoing competence development of maritime leaders. These course subjects can be individual courses or they can be part of a broader competence development programme, or they can be incorporated in the company (officer) seminars and workshops.
