The Green Jakobsen Maritime Leadership Concept offers a range of advanced training modules designed to enhance ship officers' self-awareness and role awareness. The Concept is composed of the following modules:

1. Shore-based Training Modules
2. On board Training Modules via Seagull
    Computer Based Training (CBT)Modules
3. On board Training Modules via Seagull
    Workbook System with practical exercises

On board training modules can be taken without the shore-based training modules and vice versa, but since these are interconnected with each other, it is highly recommended that seafarers take the shore-based training modules first, and proceed with on board training modules later on.
