What we do

The objective setting is a central part of the appraisal process as one of the means for expressing expectations towards the performance and value generation to be delivered.

The appraisal process and objectives form the basis on which actions to develop employee skills is determined and further it is likely that the appraisal output will feed other systems such as incentives schemes and talent management systems.

The process includes practical sessions designed to reflect relevant challenges faced by you in the performance appraisal process. Participants will discuss challenges and opportunities in the objective setting process, while receiving guidance, tools and tips from our experienced instructors and consultants.
