
Course Concepts
Any company specific course programme prepared by Green-Jakobsen will take the training and development philosophy/strategy of the client into consideration. Effective learning methods such as cooperative learning where the participants are actively involved in the training are incorporated in the course plans to ensure that learning is taking place. Green-Jakobsen develops all relevant training elements, such as hand-outs, posters, books/leaflets, films, CBTs, etc. If required the development of proficiency statements and online exams can form part of the course concept and thus enable the client to track whether learning goals have been met after the course.
