A well-run meeting can be a productive way to communicate. Good meeting management creates an environment with effective communication where issues are adequately explored, consensus is built and wise decisions are made. Participants will feel that is has been efficient utilisation of their time. The Meeting Management course is part of our leadership training concept. It provides the trainees with an understanding of different types of meetings, how to obtain the purpose of the meeting and to ensure active participation from the participants. The training actively involves the participants and relates to well-known everyday situations.
