
Tailor-made training
In our tailor-made training concepts we always focus on issues according to the company’s wishes or where specific needs have been identified. To prepare a suitable learning process an initial training needs analysis is the basis for defining the learning goals. Our methods are based on pedagogical learning principles, such as cooperative learning which actively involves the participants and include a variety of learning means. In Green-Jakobsen we have our own trained and certified instructors who can facilitate courses and seminars, however we can also train the client’s own personnel enabling them to carry out tailor-made training programmes or campaigns.
